This registry is open to CTAC Member Artists only. Any forms sent in by non-members will be discarded.

Thank you for helping us to promote and inspire the arts in Southwest Oklahoma by being a CTAC Member! The artists bring the heart of our programs to life, and we would like to help promote you in a variety of ways. To best achieve this, we need some information from you to add to our archives. We use the material you submit to market on our social media and share with the patrons of our gallery that may be looking for someone with specific talents and focuses in mind. Requested in the form below will be: 1) an artist biography and/or statement, 2) artist headshot, 3) clean/professional photo samples of your artwork. Please upload high quality* photo(s) of each entry. Photos may be used to assist in future marketing and promotion of the CTAC Gallery and its participating artists. *well lit & cropped with clean edges (can include the frame); in focus and not blurry. For 2-Dimensional, no visible surrounding background - must be evenly cropped to the edge of the frame or to the edge of the image. For 3-Dimensional, a simple non-distracting background/backdrop should be used or a background that fits the piece's theme. If a 3D work has multiple angles to be viewed from, place all of its images in a collage as one file/document.

*CTAC Reserves the right to use photos and supporting documents from the artist for future marketing.
*CTAC Reserves the right to refuse artwork that does not comply with the gallery standards.
*CTAC appreciates any artwork donations (for raffle) to help cover maintenance fees of gallery.
*It is the responsibility of the artists to pay sales tax on any and all items sold through the gallery.
